This is an Epson F1080 printhead, also known as the XP600, that has had its manifold changed to accept DTF or UVDTF dampers (since the original F1080 manifold accepts cartridges, not dampers).

This printhead has also been sealed with silicone to minimize electrical damage from accidental liquid / ink spills.
