Return and Exchange Policy
We offer a 5-day return policy, which begins from the date of delivery confirmation. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. A valid proof of purchase, such as a legally recognized receipt, invoice, or order confirmation email, is required.
Eligibility for Exchange:
- We shipped the incorrect item.
- The product has a quality defect (subject to verification by our technicians either on-site or via product return for inspection).
(Note: Machine products are non-returnable unless otherwise specified.) - To initiate a return, please contact us at amyhu@cnpo-try.com to obtain the designated return address and return authorization (RA) number. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label (if applicable) and detailed instructions for returning the item. For international returns, any customs duties or taxes incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at amyhu@cnpo-try.com. We will assess the issue and provide a resolution promptly.
Conditions for Refusal of Return or Exchange:
We reserve the right to refuse return or exchange requests under the following circumstances:
- The item is damaged, but no replacement request was made to the delivery personnel at the time of receipt.
- The return or exchange request is submitted after the 5-day return period.
- The returned item is incomplete, damaged, or not in its original condition.
- The customer fails to provide valid proof of purchase.
- The product was not supplied by us.
- The item has no inherent quality issues.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Digital products, perishable goods, and gift cards.
- Items purchased during promotional sales or clearance events.

Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain a replacement is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the refund amount will exclude shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. The processing time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
