Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on weight, order size, and shipping address, and will be displayed on the checkout page. Additional charges may apply to certain customized need, remote areas or international orders.

For international orders, there may be additional duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges will be borne by the buyer and vary according to the customs policy of the destination country.
Please note that your order may be subject to customs inspection once it arrives at the destination country, which may cause delivery delays, which are beyond our control.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can check the status of the shipment in real time.
It may take 1-2 business days for the tracking information to be updated. If you do not receive a tracking number within 2 business days after shipment, please contact our customer service.
6. Shipping Delays and Package Loss
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company, including but not limited to weather conditions, customs inspections, shipping accidents, or other events beyond our control.
If your package is lost during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with the shipping company to resolve the issue.
