PO-TRY’s advanced DTF Printhead Cleaning Solution is engineered to maintain peak performance and resolve minor clogs in direct-to-film printing systems. Ideal for routine maintenance or troubleshooting, this formula ensures smooth ink flow and extends the lifespan of your equipment.

Versatile Application Methods:

• Manual Flushing (CIS/Damper Systems): Use the included syringe and tubing to gently flush printheads, effectively clearing blockages without residue.

• Cleaning Cartridges (Cartridge-Based Printers): Fill empty cartridges with the solution and run 1–3 cleaning cycles for thorough maintenance.

Key Guidelines:

1. Designed exclusively for resolving minor clogs.

2. Not recommended for wet capping.

3. Store in a controlled environment (50–70% humidity, 75–80°F) to optimize performance and prevent film/ink issues.

WARNING:
WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and use Protective Equipment (including masks and gloves) when working with specialty printing and curing products and processes (including DTF, DTG, UV etc.) as fumes and processes may be hazardous.

We highly recommend the use of a fume extractor when working with DTF powder in addition to good ventilation and filtration in your work area.

The use of all specialty ink printing equipment and supplies such as inks, chemicals, powders etc. are at the sole risk of the user.

Specialty inks and film require a good humidity and temperature environment (50% - 70% humidity, and 75° to 80°F) to minimize risk of ink clogs and film buckling.
